Fixing A Broken Impeller In A Bestway/SaluSpa Hot Tub Pump

I recently picked up a free inflatable SaluSpa hot tub from Facebook Marketplace. The reason it was free was because the tub had a hole it it, and the pump unit didn't work and was reporting an "E02" error. The hole was easily fixed with a patch kit, but the pump's problem was a bit trickier to fix. That error code means that there's little or no flow of water through the system.
